In the 7th Age players are allowed to develop custom powers, rituals, and items. Custom Powers, Rites, Rituals, and Rotes must be approved by and created with a Storyteller, and cost experience and time according to the usual level progression and Learning Times. Note, however, learning times on custom powers cannot be reduced, as no library or mentor possesses the knowledge you are creating from scratch. Custom Items only require the usual crafting times, but also must be approved by and created with a storyteller.
